Dr. Rachel Rubinstein is a double board-certified physician in internal medicine and dermatology. She graduated summa cum laude from CCNY and from New York Medical College in 1983. Dr. Rubinstein completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Maimonides Hospital in Brooklyn, NY, and pursued her Dermatology specialty training at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx.

Dr. Rubinstein has extensive experience and knowledge in wound care, which complements her dual board certifications. Her expertise in wound care plays a crucial role in her current leadership at Revive, where she strives to improve patient outcomes through innovative, patient-centric solutions for wound management.

Dr. Rubinstein worked as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Albert Einstein Medical School and is presently an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at McGill University in Montreal. She is involved with teaching dermatology residents and treating patients with a variety of skin diseases

Dr. Sofer is a double board-certified physician with advanced training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery and a recognized leader in chronic wound care. A Los Angeles native, he graduated summa cum laude from UCLA and earned his medical degree at UC Irvine School of Medicine, graduating at the top of his class

Dr. Sofer completed his internship in General Surgery at UCLA Medical Center and pursued specialized training at Columbia University, Cornell University, and Memorial Sloan Kettering. He further refined his expertise through a prestigious AAFPRS fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery one of only about 40 such fellowship positions worldwide.

As the founder and head of the chronic wound physician group, Dr. Sofer leverages his extensive experience to lead and shape clinical programs, ensuring the highest standards of care and innovation in wound management. His leadership is dedicated to advancing treatment protocols and improving patient outcomes.

Dov Levin, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer at ReviveCare. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Dov began his career in public accounting, gaining experience in both tax and audit, before transitioning into the healthcare industry. With seven years of healthcare operations experience, he brings a deep understanding of financial management and strategic planning to ReviveCare.

Krista has an 18+ year history leading large, high-performing clinical teams with a focus on wound care, patient care, compliance, and education. She has a proven track record in operational management, successfully serving as the Vice President of Operations for the Florida, Georgia, and Arkansas branches of Revive Care.

Krista focuses on streamlining processes and enhancing service delivery. She loves spending quality time with her husband of 32 years and their children and grandchildren.

Tammy is our Director of Clinical Education. She has 27 years of nursing experience, ranging from hospital and home health to hospice and long-term care.

Tammy is an active member of several organizations, including the American Nurses Home Association, Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the NAWC Certification Committee.

Tammy ensures that Revive Care stays compliant with all education standards, arranging training summits and helping all providers stay up-to-date with the most current information in wound healing.

Before finding her true passion in the world of nursing, Tammy worked at a greeting card factory for eight years.
